I always feel better after my facial. I am made comfortable,I dont always like the warm air so we get it adjusted. Everyone is pleasant.

It was my first time with Alyssa and she was friendly and knowledgeable about skin care. Her face massage was excellent! The receptionist made me feel so comfortable and she was very attentive.

My massage therapist, Ingrid, used the right amount of pressure to relieve any knots, and is still able to help me to relax. Relaxation is my main reason for going.

Always nice to get an appointment, but I understand how hard it is to keep massage therapist. As a manager and make sure your therapist are getting self-care! They need a break.

Kelly is one of the best massage therapist that I have had over many years being a member at Hand and Stone. I would highly recommend Kelly, but unfortunately it has been harder and harder to book Kelly since she is so good.

Cat was very knowledgeable and explained the how and why of what she was doing. The experience Cat created was warm, friendly, welcoming, and relaxing. I felt she customized the experience to my needs. Great job!!

It was a good massage but only lasted 45 min which felt a little short. Nice room no outside noise or distractions.
