It is always a relaxing experience. The staff is always friendly. I enjoy talking with Alisa. From day one I was always comfortable Having the facial.

The front office staff is always welcoming, makes it easy. Alyssa did a great job. I appreciate her knowledge and the exceptional treatment I received.

Kat is AMAZING. She is exknowledge able and I appreciate suggestions she has to better improve my mobility and how to stretch muscles in between my appts with her. I book months out to get on her schedule. It is seriously the best massages I have ever had.

Nafessa (sorry probably misspelled her name ) is awesome and does a great job. This is my third time getting a facial with her and my skin really glowed leaving this time. She is just so sweet and I will go to her each time. (Bailey gave me a massage and he is awesome as well.)

The facility was very clean. Massage therapist was very good. It was very relaxing. the receptionist explained things well and it was very easy to make another appointment.

My experience on September 20th was above and beyond as usual. The receptionists are so warm and friendly. Truly interested in my comfort and questions. When they couldn't answer my question they made a note for the manager. Alyssa was on time and so interested in how I was doing. This was only the second time with her because of Nancy leaving. Alyssa is genuinely excited about helping me and her analysis of my skin and recommendations are spot on. She is a real asset to the Hand and Stone family.
