The customer service was excellent from making the appointment, arriving, & facial. Made me feel comfortable being this was my first facial in a very long time.

Ashley has mad skill and magical hands. I like a medium pressure and relaxation total body message, and Ashley exceeds my expectations time and again. She listens and asks questions, and then takes appropriate actions. Thanks Ashley! Also, thanks to the receptionist who always give the best service. I appreciate all of you, and highly recommend Hand and Stone!

April was a great therapist and made me feel very comfortable from the beginning. She suggested certain products that I could purchase without making me feel pressured to purchase any. (But in the end I did because they were great!). She was very friendly and would definitely want her to be my therapist again if I return. The front desk staff was also friendly and welcoming.

I like the massage therapist a lot. Had to drop membership because it's become too expensive.
