Nick was wonderful- excellent massage, he listened to my concerns and helped me relax/help work out some knots that had been causing tension and pain.

April was skilled and focused on areas I mentioned that needed attention. She used good push with working areas on tightness. She was attentive my request for less pressure in one area.

Lala is the best! She always makes me feel comfortable and does a great facial!

Emory is the best! Very attentive and GOOD at his job- I wouldn't go to another therapist!

Krystal was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about my combination skin and the various products that I can use to avoid future irritation

The front desk attendants were friendly and attentive upon my entering the spa. Lala was nice and knowledgeable, gentle with my skin, checked on me throughout the facial, and gave a good shoulder massage. My only small gripe is that my appointment didn't start until 15 minutes after I checked in, which I arrived 15 minutes early to complete the intake questionnaire. I would also love it if H&S had a tranquility room or hot tub which allowed patrons more time to hang out before/after services for a true "spa" experience.

My massage therapist always asks what areas I want to focus on. She uses the right amount of pressure. I feel relaxed afterwards

I love this Hand & Stone location. Everyone is so friendly, and as soon as I walk in and hear the water running from the fountain, I instantly become happy and relaxed. Going to this spa is something I do every month because I love it so much.

It was my first time here, and they didn’t make me feel uncomfortable not one bit. I learned so much about my skin and will be changing my skin routine soon ! This place was amazing !
