Liz is a great massage therapist. She's friendly, profesional, and always ensures my needs are being accomdated. However, the second restroom smelled of urine and I'm sure why...just fyi.

The person that provided the service name is Toni. I visit Hand and Stone once a month and have always requested Tony who is very professional and seems to be knowledgeable. He is very attentive and spend sufficient time on each area. The experience is always great and very relaxing.

Emory is the best massage therapist I've ever worked with. He's attentive, welcoming, and just plan GREAT at his job. I don't think I'll ever try another therapist. The receptionists at the Kelvin location in Houston are also very friendly and welcoming.

Corinne is an excellent massage therapist who knows how to target muscle tension and pain. She is very professional and pleasant. She is the reason I keep coming back to Hand and Stone.

I love the services I get from the therapist and staff. It’s a great store and I appreciate the consistency of my therapist, Tony. He’s a great therapist and the only one I go to.

The massage ambiance (music and room) was perfect. The massage oil was a little too oily but absorbed well into my skin. The therapist was very friendly and thorough, though I think her hands might have been quivering from exhaustion (my massage was later in the evening). Overall, a great experience!
