Never a problem. I work well with my therapist, she is the best. Always ease in scheduling.

The reception staff are always friendly and professional, and all of the massage therapists are excellent (although Liz is, of course, my favorite). My only complaint is that I called to reschedule a visit a few days ago and the receptionist did NOT actually reschedule the visit, so I had to manually go into the website and find a new appointment time. Scheduling seems to be a struggle for this location (this is the 3rd time I've had an appointment canceled or mis-scheduled that wasn't due to an emergency/illness - total scheduling issues is closer to 6 or 7, but sometimes massage therapists get sick, so those don't really count), but otherwise a great visit.

Emily was so kind and patient, from scheduling my appointment over the phone to checking me out in person, it was all great! Jamie was also very kind and so knowledgeable, i felt like I was speaking to a doctor. I asked her so many questions and she answered/recommended so many things with ease and confidence

It is a professionally run business with some excellent therapists and facialists.

My appointment start time was delayed as my therapist had to sterilize the room between clients, then he had to wait for a new mask, so I feel like instead of 50minutes I got about 35/40 minutes, which was disappointing.I do appreciate the extra steps being taken to keep things clean and sanitized, but I was bummed that it cut into my much needed massage time (since no 80 minutes are allowed). Maybe stagger to allow 30 minutes between appointments to ensure clients are getting the full 50 minutes?

The massage was wonderful. This was my first visit with Mike and he did a great job. He paid great attention to the target areas. I will be coming back to see him soon.

The Rice Village location always goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcome! And Megan is amazing! She always knows just what I need. She is a GEM you guys need to keep.

Corrinne addressed my issues and even had recommendations of stretches to help alleviate the problem areas in the future. I'm very appreciative of the service provided.
