Great facial!

Janie is excellent. ( Not sure I am spelling her name correctly) I have been using her exclusively for many months and have sent people to her specifically. SHe is a real pro. Treats me individually. Remembers what we did the previous visit. KNows about upcoming events in my life to prepare for. Very relaxing service. Love it that evening appointments are available. A great treat after a long day at work.

The facility was well located and parking was plentiful. The reception area and personnel there were very friendly and knowledgeable. The aesthetician was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

The receptionist was friendly. The massage therapy staff were knowledgeable and checked in during the massage. The check out staff were friendly and helpful. However, we massage therapist was ~10mins late getting me but still let me out on time, so I missed out on some of my message time.

Pauline has a great technique to "iron out" the kinks. I'm asking for her in the future.

I have seen Nick 3 times now and he has been wonderful each time. He listens to my specific needs and focuses intently on those areas. He takes the time to explain why I’m experiencing ongoing pain in certain parts of my body and has been helping work toward decreasing chronic pain levels!

Excellent pressure was implemented by therapist. Wonderful, peaceful ambiance. Friendly and helpful front desk personnel.

Great staff and service!

My service was excellent!!! The person I worked with did a fantastic job with addressing my facial concerns. They provided great recommendations afterwards. I do like the warm shoulder pads and I would recommend keeping them.

Kay performed a microdermabrasion and a facial; both were wonderful. She made a point to explain what products she was using and why, which I found very helpful. She was kind and warm; I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with her.
