Hand and Stone

I will always return to Hand and Stone as long as "Mike" Vo is available as a therapist. I have been seeing him for probably ten years or so. He has helped me through numerous problems in the past. Mike is currently helping with a major neck/back issue. I am SO grateful!

My therapist is very helpful in relieving my pain and stress. He is very respectful and attuned. I enjoy the sessions so much I now see him weekly.

Ambiance of the spa is wonderfully relaxing. Everyone is so friendly. Massage therapists, especially mine -Ashley - AMAZING! I leave feeling relaxed and pampered. Just what I need to distress!

Krystal is always punctual with our appointments. She takes care of my skin and I have seen a big improvement. Krystal has been my Estetician for over a year and I wouldn’t think to change from her.

The only reason I have the membership is because of my massage therapist. She is amazing and I've never been so comfortable or relaxed with anyone as much as Liz makes me feel. I think other people feel the same because it's extremely hard to book her. The reward points don't get me anything. It's of no value to me really. Also, it's been extremely difficult to get credits for the people that I do refer. I always have to call and ask why I don't have the credit. A manager always has to get involved because the person didn't put my name in a certain area, yet they put it in another area that said I referred them. It's ridiculous and a waste of my time. Even after 3 referrals and scheduling an appointment every month, plus buying GCs or product every so often I still don't have enough points for at least a free massage.

I had a facial with Megan. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and did a wonderful job. Also explained some of the add ons, such as the cryoskin. I did it and LOVE it! Highly recommend Megan for a facial. I’m booked to see her again!
