Lauren did a great job with my facial. She suggested the NuSkin treatment and I could really tell after the service that it made a difference in my skin tone. Will hopefully try that again soon!

My experience so far at Hand & Stone has been amazing. I try my hardiest to be consistent with my month massages due to the constant wear and tear I place on my body from regular workouts. Best of all, the people at Hand & Stone do a great job of staying flexible with my busy schedule.

Loved my therapist Mike. He is always so pleasant. My only concern is the temperature of the massage rooms because they are usually a bit warm. The front desk ladies are amazing. Always so pleasant.

THe esthetician is excellent. Remembers details from my last appointment and remembers our conversations. Customizes the experience for what I ask for each time. Love the evening hours-- works very well for me. Like being able to use two packages to cover the extra services I ask for. Overall, the quality of the service providers is key to your business and in that regard, I had the best. Keep her !!! Overall ambience of the Hand and Stone is great- smells like a spa should smell. Quiet and relaxing.
