Hand and Stone

I have been a member here for more than 4 years and everyone here is so nice and makes me feel welcome and part of the community which I really appreciate as an adult on the autism spectrum. Thank you so much for all you do and all your help and patience in working with me. Not everyone goes above and beyond especially in todays challenging times which is why I work especially hard in following the golden rule and being nice to everyone.

Receptionist greeted me by name when I walked in. Esthetician was very friendly and welcoming and took time to evaluate my skin to determine best treatment. Location was clean and relaxing.

Everyone was extremely personable, knowledgeable and welcoming. I had never been to a Hand & Stone and was very impressed. Bettina was incredible! I've had many great facials in my life and hers is definitely added to my list. She knew exactly what I needed and shared expertise.

Binita was amazing! Super sweet and knowledgeable. My only gripes were the fact that I was under the impression that the Neveskin facial included more than what it did and would last longer than 20 minutes. Next time I’ll just get a regular facial since a series is too expensive for me. Thanks!

Provider listened to my needs. She explained everything and made sure I was always comfortable with pressure and touch. Room was clean, temperature was good, and music was an appropriate volume.

Everyone is always so nice at the location

I've always had a great experience at this location. I do wish that the service I receive wasn't quite so expensive (the DiamondGlow) + additional to what I already pay each month, but I do like the results it gives me and I'm super happy with my aesthetician.

Scheduling an appointment was fairly easy Facility was clean, quiet and relaxing My massage therapist (Shuang) is one of the best I have ever had - would highly recommend.

Was a great facial. Very relaxing. I feel like my face was clean and glowing.

The atmosphere and services have been great. They are a little pricey but I have enjoyed my services so far. Much needed in todays stressful times.
