I believe that the allotted time for the service has decreased. So, I am unable to fully enjoy the services I request.

I was able to double book 2 facials for a girls day out. We were both very pleased with our experience and our providers were knowledgeable, and caring

The facial was absolutely PERFECT!! The esthetician’s knowledge was on point and appropriate. The room and equipment was clean, organized and quiet. The products were great and my face has responded so well.

This is the best hand and stone in the country!! Every staff member here is exceptional at their customer service and you can tell they all really care about us! I've had each and every massage therapist and all the estheticians and they are all amazing!!! I've never felt more relaxed and I think you all should be given a special treat from your owners because of how terrific you all are!! See you again soon!!!!!!

Binita is THE BEST. I drive 30m to see her for facials and pass another H&S on the way. I never wait long at this store, and I find it to be well-kept. Staff is always kind.

My left shoulder had been giving me problems for weeks with all the stress at work I had a knot on my shoulder and asked her to please try and work it out. I was not sore any longer after the massage and completely pain free as of the day after. I have already book my massage for next month on the 17th with the same lady! Thank yall so much

Aja is awesome

I have a terrible time with my left shoulder. I have had massage therapists work on it before, but my body does not always respond well to deep tissue massages. Kevin is really good at working around the area to relieve pain without irritation.
