I look forward to scheduling a facial with Joanna. She is lovely and knowledgeable and has an expert touch.

The aesthetician was very knowledgeable about skincare and helped me address my individual needs. She offered suggestions and answered all my questions/concerns. I did not feel pressure to purchase more products/services and that was very nice.

Great experience with staff and therapists. The mobile app needs improvements in ease of booking appointments. I switched from the app to calling to book. Glad I did as the receptionist found an appointment quickly and recommended a great service for my needs.

I was glad I didn't have to wait this time. My massage started when it was supposed to and the receptionist was able to use my card on file to leave gratuity so I didn't even have to wait then. Also, I just love how relaxed I feel during and after the massage.

I wasn't highly satisfied. I got the hot stone massage for the first time and it was a lot of going back and forth so I feel like it took time away from the massage. The pressure was good in the beginning then it really wasn't deep like I asked.
