Overall the staff and services provided met my time. Joanna is the absolute best! She is so accomodating and understanding of my needs and is highly knowledgeable!!

As an older client I am in need for massages for my lower back, right shoulder and stiff neck. Javier is always available to fix my problem of the day. I always feel refreshed after my massage and ready to face another day in my retirement life.

Kayla continues to take great care of me and my skin! She is the best!

It was my first time seeing Kevin and he was wonderful. He put me at ease and he did a great job easing the pain of a shoulder injury. I'll definitely schedule with him in the future.

I called on Friday, November 24, 2017 to schedule a facial at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 25, 2017. It was scheduled. However upon my arrival I was informed that the appointment had actually been put in the books for December 13, 2017. I was very upset as I wanted/needed a facial. However, the receptionist was very sweet, apologetic, and offered me a massage instead at the scheduled 9:00 a.m. facial slot. Kevin gave me the massage and was both professional and friendly. I did renew my membership and am hopeful that this will not happen again while booking an appointment.

Christine always makes me feel very welcome and is friendly and helpful! I've had several massages from Jillian and she is wonderful! Jillian listens to your needs and does a great job working those areas. She's very positive, warm and friendly !

I've been a member for a few months now and having monthly massages has alleviated most daily pain I had been having. My massage therapist has been great at really hitting the problem areas and is always cautious of the pressure. I'm looking forward to trying a facial now!
