The staff is always super friendly and very helpful with any questions or add on's that you decide on when you come to check in. My massage therapist did such an amazing job and made me feel amazing when I left.

check in was very easy, time for a drink of elderberry water and a bathroom stop then was called by Crystal - very efficient checkin and reception. Crystal listened to my problem area and addressed the areas. great professionalism and communication.

I was given a massage as a gift for my birthday, and I joined as a member immediately. Each one of my experiences so far have been top notch. The staff I've met so far are nice and friendly and the atmosphere is neat and very clean. I've told several people in hopes they become members too.

The staff are professional and courteous. The reception area has a nice ambience. Most important, however, was the quality of the massage.

I booked my appointment the night before with the receptionist. It was not finalized because when I showed up for my appointment, there wasn't a record of my appointment. Eriko helped rebook me into that afternoon and was extremely friendly and apologetic. Eriko is always extremely pleasant and wonderful.

Everyone was very friendly, and the atmosphere very relaxing. Joanna did an excellent job and went above and beyond to make the whole experience very special. I am already looking forward to my next facial.
