It was my Massage Therapist's last day. SARAH is awesome and had me coming back far more frequently than I was prepared for when I booked my first appointment at Hand & Stone. We had great rapport and she tended to my specific needs every single time. We were well acquainted and picked up where we left off every single time. Not only did she recall personal details about me but she knew the issues I was coming in for and treated them. Every single time. I will sorely miss SARAH and I desperately hope I can be matched with another Massage Therapist who can meet my needs in a similar way. I know SARAH is gone, but that lady needs a high recommendation or a bonus check or something. I'm sure the office has her mailing address.

First and foremost, the massage therapist, Julia, provides an excellent massage and communicates regarding pressure, specific areas to focus on or avoid during the massage. The quality of the massage itself is always number one with me when doing these ratings. The staff are very courteous and professional. Ambience of reception area and massage room are very good. One area of dissatisfaction I have is with the online booking application. It is not very intuitive and is cumbersome to use. Regards, Todd
