I was having issues with my skin, and the microabrasion treatment that Lindsay suggested I do, had proven excellent results.

Noah was my massage therapist and he was excellent. He was very accommodating to my needs and made sure to work out the knots in my back, shoulders, and neck as I requested. He was very kind and made sure that I was comfortable throughout my massage. The reception area and massage room were clean, comfortable, and inviting. The ladies at the reception desk were also very sweet and very helpful and informative about the spa packages. We will definitely be back! My only suggestion would be that there was no music playing in the room during the time of my massage, and I do enjoy soft spa music playing in the background. I did not ask the therapist about it, so I am not sure if it was an option or not. Next time, I will ask about this.

the staff was pleasant. it was difficult to book an appointment on the website & frustrating as it wasn't really booked. the staff was great & offered me a complimentary facial which was very nice after my frustrating issues.

The therapist was very professional, nice, and knowledgeable of how to cure my aching muscles. I've never had a massage by a man before, but this by far was the best massage ever. He was very firm yet not too firm. I felt so revived when my session was over.

Samantha is fantastic at giving a thorough message. She asks the right questions before she starts and she checks in with you during the message to make sure the pressure is okay. I always book with Samantha, she makes me feel very comfortable.

Aesthetician never asked if pressure she was using was alright. Could have used more steam on face and either a short massage on arms or shoulders which is usually given with a facial.

We had a misunderstanding about charging my card each month. I was told they only charge when a service is done???? I talked to the owner and we worked it out, but I have a big credit on my card that I will use eventually.

I wish my massage could have been more focused on the areas I needed.

The appointment ran behind I arrived 15 mins before but wasn't taken back until ten mins after my appointment was supposed to start. Other people who came in after me were taken in before. And even though the appointment ran late it ended at the original time it would've if I was taken back at the correct time so the massage time was shortened. The massage was okay but not worth the price I also listed light for pressure and wasn't asked about pressure until 30 mins in. It was more of a medium to hard pressure and the area I needed work in was worked a bit longer but they stopped saying I needed to detox that area because they felt "sick cells"and working with their hands wasn't going to help so they stopped working that area which was a little strange.

It's the first time I've ever had a facial so I did not know exactly what to expect or compare it to. I enjoyed the experience and will likely go again. I do think it's a bit pricey but so is everything else these days!
