The reason was out of the control of the spa, but the workers made so much noise in the building next door, it was impossible to block that noise out during the massage.

My appointment was with Rochelle and when the masseuse came out it was someone else. No one said anything about it being someone else or why. I guess they decided since I’d never been there I wouldn’t know the difference.

One of the receptionists seems inadequate in her job. There was an issue with my membership on a prior visit, and she was no help in resolving it. Now I have no faith in her abilities.

I was hoping to have a nice fragrance (essential oils) in the massage room. But service was good.

I enjoyed my massage, but my therapist was not friendly and didn't really make me feel like she wanted to be there. It could have just been her personality, but a smile goes a long way, especially when meeting a new person/massage therapist. Many people have anxiety about going for massages, myself included, so seeing a friendly face sometimes makes it a little bit easier.

I have been experiencing hip and glute muscle pain. Taking physical therapy for this. I asked to have my glutes massaged, but was told that she couldn't do that. I actually understand that based on some of the things I had to sign, but I wish I had been told that in the beginning - after I said and wrote that I had hip and lower back problems.

1. The room was too cold and the facility was unable to make it warmer. 2. Issue with payment. I had a gift card that was purchased for $129.99 but the introductory offer was $89.99 which left $40. I was told the balance was unable to be used as a credit or used as a tip for the therapist. So that I didn't waste $40, I ended up just paying for the massage for $89.99 and will return to use the gift card another time. The person who bought the gift card for me was not told that the introductory price was only $89.99. I was disappointed in the manner in which this was handled.

Not as firm pressure as I expected— I don’t have time to go as often and likely my fault due to some masseuse’s being too hard and some too light. I can understand the confusion. I should have said something

I enjoyed my one session. but I do not see any real results yet. Will wait and see after I finish with my 5 appointments.
