The massage therapists who were not with customers were having a 30 minute conversation in the next room while I was being massaged-my massage therapist just said that the walls were thin and offered to turn up the music instead of telling the girls to be quiet!!!!!

The Therapist could have done more massage to feet. Her hands were cold.

Each visit there has been an unsatisfactory experience. My first visit the gentleman would not stop talking. My next visit was a facial and I woke up with my eyes swollen the next day. This last visit was nothing more than a back rub. The value for the membership isn’t there.

I felt rushed even though I was on time. The esthetician didn’t do a “consult” as stated. She went right into treatment.

Just with the pricing of services. I would go more often if the pricing was a little more reasonable

I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment. I was dissappointed in how long it took for me to be brought back into the room. After my appointment, the receptionist talked to me about a membership. I understand that is part of her job, but I have previously been a member. She didn't acknowledge that or ask if there was any reason why I was no longer a member.

Decent Friendly Services are fine

Very pleasant massage therapist but pressure and technique were not my preference.

First time doing a message so not much to compare it off of. Overall satisfied with what service I received during my visit.

I’m very disappointed that my past person Kristy was not available. Benita was good, but it takes time to know. She quoted me the use of three packages, but the front desk quoted me 4.
