I was fine with the services and also how friendly the staff is. Just cryo is pricey and I did not see results on me yet

It seems like a lot of money to pay. I have trouble finding appointments at locations near me.

Not sure if the intake form was defintely read by the massage therapist. I had a great massage, but did have to say I wanted to sleep and not talk (I had put no talking on form) It was not a big deal..I enjoyed my visit!!

Overall I was highly satisfied with my facial. The esthetician was friendly and knowledgeable and offered additional services based on my needs.

I paid for a deep tissue massage and the entire massage was light pressure. The massage therapist did not seem to know how to identify target the spots that needed attention

I think the experience could be better (compare with other places I know), like using some scent products to create a better ambience. Offering a tea after the massage. Cover the eyes to help the client relax with a towel, for example.

I was completely satisfied with my massage. It was what I expected. It wasn’t above and beyond… Not that I know how that would be. It definitely met my expectations

I felt like I was in a sales meeting after having my facial. Between products and membership I was bombarded with sales pitches.

I think that is good enough !

The $100 for the diamond blah whatever treatment was absolutely not worth the cost. For a wet vacuum and sandpaper service, the cost is unconscionable, and I deeply regret agreeing to it... and now I will tell anyone who asks that your services are a ripoff and not to go there.
