Staff was pushy on selling services and product. In the past aesthetician use to offer hand/feet/head massage while waiting during facial, but not anymore. I miss that service.

I don't remember which exact question to which this refers. I am almost always highly satisfied with my therapist and they always listen to my particular needs.

I think it’s unfair for you to ask why everything wasn’t highly satisfied. I didn’t give any dissatisfied answers. Everything in life is not 100%.

Most of the answers I gave contained the response of highly satisfied. It would be nice for appointments to start on time for use of the full time and for there to be more availabilities. I am also dissatisfied with the raise in monthly membership rates.

I failed to ask for the right amount of pressure

As I mentioned the cost is more expensive than other hand and stone location, even Apex is less expensive. I also don’t like the Black Friday sale had a maximum limit of cards I can by. I go several times a month, your prices make it difficult for me financially. I have a lot of medical issues.

it might have been helpful to use hot towels to assist with the knots in upper back.

The membership cost keeps going up astronomically but fortunately I’m grandfathered in to the $64.95 price which is $15 cheaper than the retail price.

Receptionist was busy talking to the other receptionist and didn’t pay much attention to checking me out

Confused about using gift card. Receptionist was very nice. I was confused about the gift card I had (a present from daughter). Thought it would cover the entire Massage but I was still charged some.
