Bonus is simply awesome. She creates such a serene and comfortable environment that always puts me at ease. She always create a treatment plan specific to my skin goals and needs and she is so knowledgeable.

Therapist paid attention to the areas I stressed. He also had a great personality.

Dominic kept a Prompt appointment and gave an excellent massage. All staff were very friendly. Location was clean and had a relaxing environment.

I have used the products recommended by Shelby, and my skin looks so good! We both saw an improvement in the texture and moisture content since the last visit. I trust her knowledge about the products and like how she tailors them to my needs.

Hand and Stone REALLY needs to update the website for ease of the user. I cannot immediately sign in but must first "book appointment" and then requested to enter zip code multiple times before being able to login. Not user friendly.

I was having a problem with my hip and before the massage, Kevin asked me a few questions. He identified the problem was my IT band. He was able to work on this area and increase my flexibility and relieve the soreness.

Because I feel Kayla is very knowledgeable on how to make an old face feel great , plus everyone is very friendly

I have a membership at this location and love getting a massage. I use two different massage therapists, Christian and Kevin. My last 2 massages have been with Christian. He is an amazing therapist. He is attentive to any problems areas that I have, he is kind, considerate and very professional.

When doing the survey I rated the receptionist and staff wrongly. I’m always welcomed and service is friendly and exceptional. Please disregard my original statements
