I was very satisfied with the reception team members that greeted me. The time that they took to explain changes that had been implemented since the last time I visited was excellent! The friendliness and professionalism was very welcoming. The atmosphere that presented from the time I walked in to the time left was prefect! The pairing my service request to the specific massage therapist was on point!! They made clear recommendations based on the areas of interest in what I wanted to get out of my massage and I was not disappointed at all. Christian was absolutely amazing!!! I immediately booked a follow-up service with him that very day!!! I've been very happy specifically with this location over the past 6 to 8 months. I was able to easily schedule a last minute appointment online for the next morning. My massage therapist, Helen, was very friendly and open to hear my specific needs, which I appreciated. She made sure I was comfortable before starting the massage and checked in as necessary. It was one of the best massages I've ever had!

The reason why I am unlikely to return to this Hand and Stone Spa is that I do not live close by there are other Hand and Stone Spas located nearer to my home that I will attend.

Misty does an amazing job, she always helps recommend what is best for you based on how your skin is doing at the time of the visit! I highly recommend her!
