Pricing has gone up. Bought gift cards but they had to wait to process. Have a package to my husband but you charge a $10 fee for that.

I had scheduled a facial and a massage. I was not informed before the beginning of my appointment that the massage had been cancelled. i mentioned it during my facial and the poor girl was the one that had to tell me my provider had called out. had i been informed prior to the facial i might have suggested that the call someone whom was not already at the spa and cancel their appointment. I'm not sure why they didn't inform me ahead of time but i was dissatisfied to say the least. this is the second time that i have arrived at a hand s location to have my massage cancelled on site. Either way I asked to cancel my membership and i was told someone would have to call me. i am still waiting for that call.

I live in MN which is why I won't return to this location. I called/left a voicemail and emailed about a $100 charge that I was unaware of (I was told the total would be $100, not a $100 add on) and have heard nothing in response.

I have already explained in my previous comments that the receptionist insisted that the gift card did not cover the hot stone massage indicated on the gift card. However, my Swedish massage was lovely. Heather was great. Gift receivers are simply grateful, but it is hard to write a thank you for something I did not receive.

When booked ahead one month in advance the day of service receive a call therapist scheduled could not do sports massages. Gift cards are a joke!!!! Not all locations receive them if not their location’s purchase. Not away to save me money to keep me coming back,as claims were made when purchasing several times. MASS CONFUSION!!!

Every facial I go to always seems to want to push the upcharge items. You can easily double the cost of your service by choosing these. I have done some in the past and felt it was only for a service in the short duration of my appointment and very overpriced. This is every different employee I've had so assuming this is a company request of the employees.

Trying to find a massage therapist after a move. The therapist for over 10 years really knew my body. Don't have that type of relationship yet with a new therapist.

I do have sensitive skin so I don’t blame you at all but I did have a few pimples pop up post treatment which is quite unusual for my skin. Also, being my first facial I would have loved to know a little more about the process as she was doing it so I knew what to expect but other than that, she seemed perfectly friendly and good at her job.

I needed more therapeutic massage than just Swedish. I had lots of muscle pain and knots that weren’t addressed.
