Appointment availability is very challenging at this location. I started booking two appointments out because I couldn’t get appointments at convenient times for me. And when my schedule changes and I have to cancel my appointment, I miss out on the next one too due to lack of availability.

I Step up the appt via website at a specific time. Later I received a text asking me to pick for 2 times that didn’t work for me but had to pick one of those options, which wasn’t optimal but I had to choose. The therapist was great. Washing hands prior to start the massage is great. washing hands at the end of session should take place in a bathroom to keep the ambience going for the client and ask the client if they want more light when the session is over. Don’t turn on the light assuming the client wants the light on. The fan was on during my session and I was cold but understood that the therapist needed the extra air in the room. Gratuity Should be asked using a privately method instead of asking in front of other clients.

This location cancels appointments frequently, and it’s hard to re-schedule. It takes multiple days of calling/leaving messages.

I was highly satisfied or I guess somewhat in between satisfied and highly. To be highly satisfied it would have had to been the best massage I ever got and it was great and wonderful.

V is an amazing massage therapist. I am very happy with the results from my appointment with him. Appointments have become very hard to make due to lack of availability on Hand and Stone's part. I wanted to buy a water additive/flavor at my most recent visit but 75% of the displayed bottles were expired in 2020 or 2021. There were barely any in storage that were not expired either so I left without purchasing one.

They increased my service contract by 10 dollars per month WITHOUT notifying me until I arrived at the appt - they said a em was sent - I asked them to send it again - I still haven’t received- I don’t think they should be able to charge a cc a different amount unless authorized

Only because price went up by $5 and I never received an email about this even though they said I shouldve. Fortunately I am not going to suspend or cancel my membership because of this but will absorb the price increase although I am not happy about it especially that I never received an email.

Would have felt more comfortable if therapist wore a mask or face shield. Or at least asked if I was comfortable.
