I have another massage person who has been providing services for me and my husband for the past 2 years and that individual is incredible and comes to our home. In order to be highly satisfied your business and massage people will have to meet the same or higher in the services provided.

It is difficult getting an appointment, and I wish I could split a package to get an hour and a half massage. Other spas do this so why don’t you?

Time to get an appointment. Saturday unavailability. Loss of the therapist I wanted.

returning customer and i felt less than for not purchasing product or taking an upgrade on the service.

I tried a new therapist and experienced a different order in the massage which was just different than I’m used to. I should’ve asked for deeper massage as opposed to just relaxation.

Due to the increase in cost of facials and services

My wife was told she could share appointments with me when she signed up but now there is a $10 transfer charge.

I like to stick with the same person for my services and appointments must be made well in advance. Even if I'm willing to go to a different person I have to schedule at least two weeks in advance. It would be nice to have some limited appointments available on short notice for members only.

I know we are in a pandemic and adjustments come with that. However, I will say it has been very difficult to schedule appointments. I have a favorite massage and facial therapist. Because of an error of a receptionist, my appointments got canceled and showed up thinking that I had appointments. It has taken several months to get back on a schedule where I have my massage and facial scheduled on the same day. Honestly if it wasn’t for Jillian and Misty, I would have canceled my membership a long time ago. They are literally the reason why I keep coming. They are excellent!
