appointment was delayed but the therapist made up that time at the end.

The massage therapist did a great job but it takes a lot for me to be "highly satisfied" since there is always room for improvement. She did a great job though and no complaints at all but I suggest providing water at the end of the session in private rather than in front of the receptionist when checking out due to my social anxiety and people staring at me, but that is only a recommendation and not a complaint. :) Thank you for a great job yesterday. I felt much more relaxed.

Appointment started 20 minutes late. Everything else was great and I will go back!

Price were too high and the time spent during facial massage were less and facial also includes back massage atleast…

I pay monthly for a subscription that I’m only able to use once every four months because there are not enough evening or weekend appointments available unless I book months out.

This is very difficult for me. I really do not want to negatively impact someone’s livelihood. The products were too strong for my skin and the employee may have cut onions recently. I am sorry to say both things.

Massage did not last the full hour. Very limited availability in booking. Would love to be able to see all locations availability at once when booking online.

She started my appointment by wanting to do a treatment that was an additional $40. when I declined she said okay how about a treatment that is $20 more. I agreed. I was not thrilled at being upsold.

I was told to call if I need to reschedule and I spent 3 weeks calling leaving messages to reschedule and I never got a return phone call so I ended up keeping the appointment even tho it was inconvenient. I had to ask about why I was never called back when I went in to my appointment. I got apologies but in the end it wasn’t convenient for me
