I wanted a 2 hour massage but was told a first visit couldn't have one even though I have been a member for years. Online form kept deleting information. Caused stress was trying to eliminate

I would prefer a more professional massager

Didn’t like the sticky feel of the original massage ‘?gel? Therapist did change when I asked her if something else was available- as in what was used my lady service pre pandemic

I had to repeat some information upon arrival.

Highly says that everything went way above and beyond my expectations, or was life-changing in some way. My experience was completely satisfactory. I got exactly the experience I wanted and will continue my membership.

At the time of booking, I was told a coupon would not work with "introductory rate" when the coupon has no such exclusions on it. The cashier overcharged- completely ignoring the tip amount suggested.

Reshauna did a great job with my massage yesterday and the receptionists were very friendly and welcoming. My only qualm is that Hand and Stone doesn’t offer 90 minute massages like Massage Envy where I’m currently a member. Still love that Hand and Stone is so close by to my house and staff are very welcoming and treat their clients well. Final issue why I’m not highly satisfied is I’m expected to leave a large tip. The company should bear these costs than the customer in my opinion.

Kevin spent too much time on the areas I noted as problems, but did not use enough pressure to properly relieve the tension and pain, and subsequently ran out of time to address other areas like my legs or feet, which are typically massaged as well, even when I mention that my neck and shoulder are tight. Spending so much time on one area and repetitively going over the same spot with too little pressure is not what I would consider to be a thorough massage.

There was a lot of noise coming from outside of the massage room.

I asked him to focus on my lower back and he barely even massaged that area.
