It was well organized staff very friendly and therapist was awesome

I like a deep pressure and she would apply an appropriate amount to certain areas but not overall in general. It was fine overall! Just wish for consistency

In the past the massage table was heated. Sounds silly, but I truly missed the heated massage table.

Waxing was not done properly despite of being paid fully.

The therapist was pleasant and knowledgeable, but spent too much time on my back and not enough time on other parts of my body. Almost no time was spent on legs and little on arms. I would have like it to be more relaxing as well.

My husband and I got a massage 15jan and I had Kevin and he was great. My husband had someone different and he did not enjoy his massage at all and did not receive the peppermint oil I paid for either. He was very sore afterwards and has never felt like that before. He said he will not be coming back here.

I wasn't satisfied by the scalp massage. Since, it was not charged due to some ongoing discount, so it's affect was seen at the service, which was disappointing. I specifically asked for a peppermint scalp massage when I booked my facial appointment. As, it was my first time, so I waited till the end for it, but then the lady said that she already did the scalp massage, which I never felt to be done. But, I guess it's not her fault as she did a pretty good job at the facial, and I was happy with the result as well. It's just, Why offer a free service which the customer cannot even feel to be done. It would rather be better to charge and offer a proper one. Everything else was good at the spa, starting from the reception till the room. The lady who did my facial was very nice and kind, so no personal complaints against her. May she was told to do that way. so she did it that way. Thanks

The ambiance in the massage room and improve. There was a strong smell of the aromatics on the pillow use to keep your face. The massage therapist was too chatty and I couldn’t relax.

Overall I was very satisfied. I’m always very critical when grading an experience. My rating of satisfied would qualify as highly satisfied most other people’s scale.

Kaylee is a fabulous esthetician. But the room was frigid. The bed was warm.
