I feel the linens can be better

The waiver I had to sign alluded that the sheets would be changed after each client visit because of COVID. The wording suggested that this is a new practice and not always the case. That is incredibly concerning and make me wonder what other clienliness standards are not commonly practiced.

Favorite therapist reducing hours, schedules dont match up.

Covid makes experience very different I wish there were air purifiers in the room

Once I missed an appointment because I did not get a reminder from the store like I always did, but it never happened that time. Also they booked the appointment to my husband’s name instead of mine.

The receptionist handed me a clipboard with a questionnaire enquiring whether I had travelled outside the US, had been exposed to Corona Virus or, had symptoms without any explanation is offensive. This neither made me feel welcome nor as if H&S were concerned about my safety. It was poorly handled. I was not given any assurance that H &S is doing more to protect either staff or customers. Other businesses are handling this situation with more professionalism , with better communication and, with compassion.

Pressure was a little to light for amount of problem areas I go to this therapist regularly and he seemed not fully using his technique he usually does

My rating scale is pretty strict! There wasn’t anything wrong with the experience. I look forward to going back next month.

For the most part I was, having a massage is not a usual thing for me to do, but the experience was great.. I wish I mentioned I needed a little work as well on my foot to relieve some pain and stress

It was a good experience overall. I am not used to feeling sore the next day...so I think it was my fault in that I should have asked for less pressure. Also, although the massage attendant was completely professional and kind, he wasn't really personable. I would like someone maintains that professionalism, but talks a little more.
