The massage therapist believed in giving attention to my arm/hands, and legs/feet even though I only wanted focus on my back, shoulders, and neck. I understand he believed he was doing what was best in his opinion.

My daughter was with me and given minifacial. Thought price of $40 was high and she said they didn't do extractions during minifacial, which is actually what I wanted for 21 year old. Didn't know until after. Don't think extractions 'cost' anything so think it should be part of it, if wanted.

I asked for trigger point and specified 2 areas, but the therapist spent most of the massage on my back and it felt like a nice Swedish massage.

I was satisfied. Not highly. Just satisfied. Nothing wrong with being satisfied

Only drawback is the reception ambiance and that there isn’t a spot to sit quietly with ambient lighting post massage to shift gears into day to day time vs. massage time.

I am frustrated that I cannot split a package and add it to another to have an 80 minute massage. Instead, I either pay out of pocket for the additional time or have to use an “upgrade” that I don’t want.

A situation has occurred a few times now where the esthetician offers services that I am unaware cost more money. For examples - my last facial was amazing- I wanted a microdermabrasion for $20 extra. She then suggested a “multivitamin mask” - I thought sounds good! Then I check out and learn that the cost was an additional $60 because I got microdermabrasion AND one of the specialty facials? I was not aware that this multivitamin mast was actually the collagen facial. Like I said this has happened a few times where I am upgraded to a specialty service without knowing because the esthetician is using other verbiage- basically hiding the fact that I will be charged more $. If this happens again- I’m done. I can get a much longer facial than 55min for $120 plus tip by going to a different spa.
