When I got home and really looked at the waxing job I found that there was wax left at several places around my eyebrows and lip which was difficult to remove.

Light during massage was too bright, when I flipped over it was a shock. My therapist was very personable and attended to my needs, however was too talkative for me to completely relax and enjoy the session.

Service is similar each time and would be good for different techniques. Appointment seems to always hit the 50 mins and not sure if short to make next appt.

Steam machine was not plugged in by the staff during facial, I was informed by the aesthetician at the end of the facial that she forgot to do so and was still charged for full service.

I want greeted when I came in and the appointment starteres 15 minutes late. Therapist was friendly but the massage wasn’t overly relaxing. The therapist spent a lot of time clanking around the room getting towels and lotion and massage didn’t seem to move smoothly. It ended abruptly and since it started late I feel i didn’t get the full amount of time that I paid for.

I specifically asked for two female masseuses as my daughter was with me. She was booked with a male. We had to change providers but it was embarrassing for her as well as the staff. Ben did a nice job on my massage but she would not have been comfortable.

The treatment was great, and the receptionists/aesthetician were all very friendly. Howeve, my appointment was for 6 pm, it didn’t start until 6:13, and the aesthetician ended the session at 6:53. That said, my appointment was only 40 minutes, when I paid for a 50-minute facial. 10 minutes is a lot to not recieve, considering it’s 20% of the entire treatment time that was scheduled and that the service is expensive. Also, I wish the aesthetician had a little bit more knowledge in regards to what products to recommend me, as well as why certain products are not good for my skin.

My appointment ended 5 minutes early. It ended at 12:50 and should have went until 12:55. It ended 5 minutes early last time, too. I want to get the amount of time listed or else I feel cheated.

I'm not dissatisfied with the experience but i'm not over the moon. I 100% don't get a spa experience from the place. I've been to several spas before but they also weren't chains. Therefore, my expectations were set lower. I can go to a better quality spa for the same price offered. Also, my comments 100% do not come from the employee experience provided but from the company itself.

I pay for a 50 minute massage and am always short changed a few minutes. The therapists are great and do an excellent job, but I thought I was going to be getting hour massages, subsequently found they are really 50 minutes, and realized they’re more like 45 minutes. It’s just disappointing.
