The only advice I would give is the receptionist-Mary talking about all her co-workers issues. Basically gossiping about their work ethic or time management or being a new employee they should somewhat know what the are doing. I was there for about 50min and the conversation never ended. I did try to look at her a few times in hopes she would readjust her conversation- but it never happened. I would probably coach her to be aware of clients in the room. Also address her gossip which is very unprofessional. Otherwise Kevin was fantastic.

There was a long loud conversation in the room next to mine that made it difficult to relax.

I thought the massage was not that great. Nothing against anyone, it just wasn’t very good. It wasn’t thorough. Maybe he was having a bad day.

Not enough product promotional sales

The therapist I like wasn't available since September.

The room was freezing cold; I mentioned it to the therapist and she did something (not sure what because my face was in the table), but it didn't help and the cold air kept blowing. The massage was 'fine', nothing special...I asked for more pressure and for the next few minutes it seemed better, but soon was back to being too soft.

It was over all a good experience. I could have used some more pressure. But I have no complains. The massage was relaxing.

Sometimes, I don't get the full 80 minutes, but only 70-75.
