Hand and Stone

My facial with Joanna was beyond AMAZING! She is wonderful. My massage with another person was not so great. Have had a lot better, your receptionist Caitlyn did a WONDERFUL job handling everything.

The tension on the left side of my upper back and neck did not release like it did the first time.

I have enjoyed all my massages at Hand and Stone. I have attempted facials on two occasions. I do not like the products used and am sad that there isn't a different product line available.

Overall, the service and quality are fine. Massage is good and people is nice. However, some people are experienced and some people are not so experienced. I need take times to experience many therapist to found the best one suitable for me.

There was nothing special about the service. I would not rave about it to others.

Highly SATISFIED WOULD MEAN PERFECTION at 100%. My treatments were tailored to meet my needs. Improvements were clearly recognizable.

While I have always been satisfied with the services received by the spa, therapists and staff the problem I have is that as a member I was not notified of Corporates change in the rates of their member's package until it was time to checkout, at which time I was informed of a $10 increase. This should have been communicated to members prior to the increase effective date.

At times, the therapists seem rushed during the appointment. Sensing that the therapist is rushing detracts from the relaxing experience. I wish Hand & Stone would change the policy to accommodate separate time for dressing/therapist consultation so that time of the service could be maximized.

The day I signed up for the membership, I was told the membership fees are $59.95, however I was charged $64.95 as the fees went up after I signed up. I was told there will be no change in the price for a year. I felt like I was provided dishonest information just so I would sign up for membership.

My appointment actually be began a little ahead of schedule. My therapist wanted to kae sure there was time for consultations since we had never met before.
