Sam is a good massager but I think the cost is a little pricey especially as you have started charging $10.00 extra at the time of service for s deep tissue.

I recently came in for a full leg waxing appointment with Johanna, but when I left, there was still hair on both my legs. I do not know if it was the wax that she used. My previous legs/arms waxing appointment with Kayla was fine, since after my appointment there was no hair on my arms and legs.

I was told after the service was finished that prices went up for deep tissue and had to pay an extra $10 they should of let me know before so I could of changed to a Swedish

I signed up for the Himalayan hot stone massage, but the therapist did not use the stones during my massage. I was not charged for the Himalayan massage, but it was still disappointing to not receive the service. I also had an issue with the charges. I came in earlier this summer and bought a gift card at $49, exchangeable for either a massage or facial. I came in some time after to book two appointments, for my boyfriend and I, for massages. Because we wanted to come in the same day/time, the receptionist asked if we would like to be in the same room and we agreed. We also discussed how I had bought the gift cards and would be redeeming for the massages when I came in. However, when we were finished with our massages, the cost given to us was $139. I tried to explain that I had bought the gift card and it is supposed to be redeemable for a massage, regardless of the recent price increase. She didn't seem to be aware of that. I brought the $49 gift card, as well as a $70 gift card I had received, to use to cover the cost of the Himalyan massage. She took both and charged me for 2 massages at $59 each. I did not like how this was handled.

The service was wonderful, my issue was with the Membership program. On my first visit the receptionist suggested I get a membership to maximize the value of the gift certificate I received but didn’t explain the program well and when I said I wanted to cancel immediately because I felt the program wasn’t explained well before I swiped my card she apologized for the confusion but said it would make my services cheaper. When I went for my facial, it was my first one so should have been the intro price ($49.95) + $20 for upgrade, however I was charged $80 because the monthly membership is $60 and there was the $20 upgrade fee so actually cost me more than if I hadn’t signed up for the membership. I filled out the form to cancel so that I’m not charged for September but just trying to understand which month the EBT covers was confusing for the receptionist. Both receptionists from my visits were incredibly kind so I’m not upset with their treatment, I think they just might need more training on the membership program and how to explain it properly to their customers.

I didn't mention (my fault) but when steaming, the steam only hit one side of my face and never hit the other. At the time, I assumed it would be moved after a time to then get the opposite side but it never did and left me feeling a bit lopsided in terms of that part of the facial. I'll know for the future to ask that it be moved to get my entire face but also would expect the technician to be mindful of that.

The owner was 15 minutes late and since myself and two other clients were the first appt, we ran over at the end. Luckily, I didn’t have a pressing commitment which would prevent me from getting the service I booked.
