I enjoyed my massage. It was great. I was not pleased with my facial.

Online booking was poor. Evidently the massage therspist I booked with online was not even working on the day I booked. Not certsin why the option for this perdon was evrn available.

I am not home much so it doesn't make sense

My therapist was young. She did a good job and I wasn’t disappointed. It was a nice massage , not awesome. With maturity in the business she’ll be an outstanding therapist. A nice surprise - she was a lot stronger than she looks.

Highly satisfied to me is over the top service discounts , freebies. I had satisfied service was I was expecting things ran smoothly.

I have had two 80 minute massages with Kevin and both times have been shorted 10 minutes. I didn’t say anything the first time because I was the last appointment but a second time is a habit.

All the workers are very attentive to every person that walks through the door, including myself. I feel well served from start to finish in the customer experience process. My esthetician makes my experience very personal and remembers my needs appointment after appointment, which is why I always go back to her specifically.

The room is way too bright and it makes it harder to relax when you see light through your eye lids. some noise outside the room at times.

I requested a deep tissue massage . While the massage was as a wonderful relaxing experience, my problem areas were not relieved.

Very pleasant and experienced personal
