Don't have to much to say because my therapist said it all in my session. I wanted to relax and just enjoy, my ME-time, but she yacked the entire time, she was friendly but talked wayyyy too much and the pressure of the message wasn't good AT ALL!!

There is nothing wrong with H&S. I felt a little rushed to leave the therapy room. I was looking for more of a transition post massage. A place to relax and regroup before putting clothes back on and heading out the door. Spa Retreat which I found post my visit to H&S has the subscription with the additional amenities I am looking for.

Location was close to my house. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Nice waiting area.

I had no idea how many points I had accumulated. It turned out I had a lot. This would have been nice to know last year when money was tight.

Julia is amazing. It seems the appointment usually starts about 5 min after the hour. I'm never entirely sure if I got the full 50 min. Room could be much darker. Sometimes hear noise from outside. Wish there was a transition room with snacks, drinks, etc so you don't have to go right out into bright waiting room. A spa in Fayetteville has healthy nuts, teas, waters, snacks in the waiting area for you enjoy before and after your appointment. Very nice!

I am never Highly satisfied with anything. Everything was fine and I'll be back.

I have visited for facial.Based on the survey it is completely related to massage.Regarding facial i am satisfied but I can suggest that massage on the face should be concentrated more.I was expecting more on that part.Anyways apart from that others are fine.While booking my appointment I have booked for enhancement massage but that was not communicated to the therapist.I thought she is aware of that enhancement.Next time make sure the communication happens properly within your team

My massage experience was perfectly fine. However, my significant other also had a massage on the same date and time. His massage was 39 min total. We had paid for a 50 min massage. He was finished with his massage 10 minutes before I was and we started at similar times.
