Does not have the feel of a spa; as far as the look and smell. Headrest on massage bed very uncomfortable.

Stephen was a very nice guy but I thought he was inexperienced. Besides after having a massage by Noah there was no comparison. I definitely will come back but book Noah.

During my massage at 10:00am, I could hear people talking in the next room which took away from a totally relaxing atmosphere.

I received a deep tissue massage as a gift, and I explained to the therapist that I like a heavy amount of pressure ("good pain") during a massage. The massage left me unsatisfied for the price. I also waited an excessive amount of time in the waiting area before my session began. The spa is immaculately clean and beautiful and everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming but I also felt overly pressured to purchase additional services and memberships at check out.

Very good store and therapists were very good. I am satisfied with the service.

I had a very unfortunate encounter with your front desk staff. I was under the influence of cold medication and stress and am not happy with the way I acted, but much of it was provoked by her lack of experience dealing with customers who aren't having their best day. She said and did several things that fueled my frustration. Fortunately Noah took over and was able to resolve the situation. It is important for a customer service person to handle customers who are having a bad day with finesse. We all have up days and down days... this was definitely my down day. Hand & Stone had an opportunity to be the hero and I'm grateful that Noah stepped in. He is such an asset to your operation because he took a very crabby, stressed, dope-up-on-cold-medicine woman and turned the night around. I cannot say the same about the receptionist. Much of my reaction was to very inappropriate questioning of onset of illness, etc.

I believe there is always room for improvement

I arrived on time and my appointment was for an hour. I wish that my schedule allowed me to arrive 15 min earlier for relaxation. Also, I really like the hot neck warmers provided while waiting at other message bussinesses. All in all the experience was very good.

Pressure of massage too much on back and shoulders so feel painful next day. There were no questions about my facial which was wonderful.

Everything for this appointment was good. The only snagfu was at checkout. My card on file was deleted with my cancelled membership. However, after 2 years, updating my card info just last month, and having two more sessions left, this is unnecessary inconvenience. I have had multiple billing inconveniences over the last year at Hand and Stone. That combined with limited appointments for my preferred therapist is why I cancelled. Also, I am often available daytime and during the week, so time slots should not be hard for me to fill.
