what I had in Hand&stone is good, but compared to what I had in others' are better, and better price.

Inconsistent pressure

Issues with the room being too light, small cup of water being given at the end versus a bottle, points being messed up and not used as they were supposed to (they charged my card instead and couldn't refund). No mirror in the massage rooms. But everything with Julia herself, is very good and she's the reason I'm loyal to Hand and Stone. She needs more hours though b/c unless you book months ahead, she has almost no openings.

i have gone thru multiple therapists. they keep leaving this location. scheduling times remains difficult.

Therapist has great technique and I go to her regularly but feel at times my service time is cut short it should be a 50 minute service not 50 minutes in entering the room. Dress/undress time should not be included in the 59 minutes

Appointment did not start on time. Table time was less than expected one hour. Surprised by $10 up charge for deep tissue.

I've had better results from facials for a better cost.

Tried to book on line but was sent an email the next day saying it was not available. The online booking service response is too slow. I tried to book online another time and had the same experience.

I was satisfied, however the owner of the Hand and Stone (who was extremely friendly and welcoming to me during my first visit when she was convincing me to join the lifestyle program) was distant and a bit cold towards me when I checked it, which made me feel she wasn't genuine. The other staff members were wonderful. I did not like that she did not treat me as kindly, simply because I canceled my membership.
