Hand and Stone

I felt like my massage was a good length however I did not want a deep tissue massage and I felt like that's what I received. The therapist started out lighter then continued increasing the pressure which was too firm for me. I should have stopped him sooner because today (two days later) I am sore and tender to the touch in areas that were not even concerns. One area was sore but now is worse than before my massage. I think I would have enjoyed a basic Swedish massage. Also, my arms, hands, and feet were completely missed and my calves barely touched. I was expecting a whole body not just back, minimal shoulder, and hamstring massage. Maybe this was not the appropriate therapist for me

Surrounding noise from other rooms/business interfered with the peacefulness. Ashley was awesome. Great massage, felt awesome. She focused on areas I wanted her to. She didn't talk if I didn't want her to. Love Love Love Ashley.

Overall my experience was fine. Trying to be sold on a membership is not relaxing and it takes away from my experience. It's not the receptionists fault but I would prefer not to be sold when I'm trying to relax.

Overall atmosphere is very professional.

Massage was only back and shoulders not entire body. I felt the person that checked me in was curt. I was not offered to purchase any products. I feel is extremely difficult to get an appointment regardless of whether you are a member or not.

This is not at all a complaint. If I would have changed anything it would have been to have a more verbal therapist. I description of what would happen during the massage would have put me more at ease since this was my first massage. Now that I know, the next session will likely be more enjoyable.

It is impossible to use your website to book online! It is a poorly designed website that loads very slowly. On a good website it's much easier to book online since you can check 10 different dates at the same time -- but with this terrible website, I just give up. Having a 15 minute call with the receptionist is less frustrating than a 30 minute endeavor on the website. Also, I am dissatisfied with the manager's syrupy sycophantic behavior. It's off-putting to be schmoozed when you're going to get a massage.

Would have liked more options for parrafin on feet and hands longer foot massages

Clean room, appointments are running on time, very attentive therapist, very good at the massage , always asking about problem areas and trying to help as much as possible

I really like Hand and Stone. I feel like a receive a great treatment and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Normally i don't have to wait long for service but sometimes it would be nice to have it more relaxing wait time. If I wanted to go a few minutes earlier to relax before the treatment and experience dimmer light, light soothing music, hot tea, I think that would add a little extra highlight to the whole experience!
