Friendliness of the staff, welcoming atmosphere, and most importantly the quality of the message. My only concern is that I booked online, and there are several H&S locations in the area. It took me a while to confirm where I was going, as this was my first time to this location. A "directions to your location" link in the confirmation email would have been helpful. But I found the place, so that is more of a "this would be cool" suggestion, not a complaint.

The services I have received have helped with my back and neck pain giving me more comfort when my body is feeling aches. The staff is always friendly and the massage therapist I have seen has been very kind and helpful when I request for a specific section of my body to be given more or less pressure.

Great ambience and great service

My massage therapist was Aja. This was by far the best massage service I have ever had. She was pleasant, professional, and had a perfect touch. I will be requesting Aja every time I schedule a massage from now on. I think you should triple her salary. :)

My skin care technician was extremely comfortable snd knowledgeable, which just made the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable!

Kate is fantastic. I feel like she pays attention to what tell her is bothering me and I know that I will walk out feeling better. She is friendly and knowledgeable.

I make appointments on a regular basis for massages. I was visiting my sister, who is a regular customer for facials. She made my appointment for the massage. The facility and therapist were great!
