Hand and Stone

The Hand and Stone is a nice day spa. The receptionist was informative and pleasant. The spa itself was a relaxing environment and clean. My relaxation massage was not relaxing in that the gentleman was very strong and is probably better w people looking for trigger point massage or deep tissue. He was too strong for a relaxation massage.

I love the peaceful rooms and music, heated beds. My massage therapist Reshauna is excellent and has great technique and is super nice. The reception area should be kept a bit quieter and music would be nice, also no cell phones should be allowed in the reception area.

Kayla was my esthetician and she was awesome. We talked about my upcoming appt. and add on services after my appt. Kayla is very professional and always gives me the best facial!

I feel welcome at the door by by the staff. They are friendly and help my needs. The sitting area is comfortable band the setting is comforting. My massage does a wonderful job listening to my needs and helping me feel better when I leave. I’ve been going for 4 years and I am satisfied each time.

Both the receptionist and massage therapist were wonderful. V was prompt and personable. Focused on areas specifically asked for and ensured I left better than when I came in. The receptionist was knowledgeable about what was available and the benefit to me. It was a wonderful experience

I like the massage person. She does a good job and does not talk too much. The lobby seems clean.
