Hand and Stone

My therapist was incredibly sweet and she did a fantastic job with my massage. This was my second massage this summer (my first being from another place) that I had a slightly unpleasant experience at due to the masseuse being a little too talkative during my massage. I’m introverted and I struggle with social anxiety, I had to take beta blockers before coming just to calm myself. It takes a lot for me to get a massage by myself. I’m also a people pleaser so not interacting back if I’m spoken to isn’t an option for me, which makes it the complete opposite of relaxing. I know most of this is a personal problem of mine and I don’t want to take away from the fact that she did a fantastic job otherwise. She was extremely knowledgeable, kind, welcoming, warm… I think maybe she saw a friend in me, which is a flattering problem to have. Once we started speaking about politics, I was no longer relaxed. Just something to keep in mind for future clients. I have a lot going on and it would have been nice to relax and shut my mind off little. I was the 12pm appointment on Thursday 8/4.

My massage therapist personalizes each session. She knows my issues and works hard at finding the combination of therapies to help me feel better.

Upon walking in Kathleen greeted me by my name with a smile. RESHAUNA is AMAZING! I rebooked with her for my next monthly massage. She relieved my pain and helped me to relax. Magical!
