I loved my service provider so much. She did an excellent job. I will say that I would have purchased a membership of the booking process was a little easier. It took me a month to get in and every time I called the business was either closed or booked. I feel as if you guys oversell memberships and can’t fulfill the services. However, once I did finally get in my service was phenomenal. I hope this review is helpful and not hurtful. I hope you guys take the time to address the booking process between your website being down and phone line being busy.

Kevin is awesome. He gives the perfect amount of pressure and helps me to relax. He is friendly and thorough. I like how clean and relaxing his treatment room is. He's a huge asset to the hand and stone team and deserves the best.
