Beautiful lobby and welcoming staff. A true spa experience. Misty gives top notch facials!

The staff was so friendly. My massage therapist Simone was just outstanding! I felt relaxed and comfortable which is huge for me because I’m a pretty shy person!

The experience itself is great. I am more frustrated with the availability of appointments. I recently had two appointments cancelled because the staff member left, and no one attempted to call me to reschedule, I just received cancellation messages. When I do try to book, massages are usually booked at least a month out. I don’t understand why members have to pay a monthly fee and then not get access to appointments.

Very pleasant waiting area. Clean waiting area and rooms. I was offered water while waiting -- very nice touch. The massage therapist was on time and kept to my schedule. Excellent massage.

The cupping/decompression massage I got, was one of the best massages I’ve ever gotten. Everything was as it should be and I have my appointment set for the next one!

The environment is clean and relaxing. Misty is an excellent aesthetician, and so friendly and personable.
