The rehydration in my face was great. Kala is always aware of my needs to be comfortable so the whole hour is a total experience of relaxation.

The massage was very relaxing. I do initiate conversation and my therapist was very friendly.

Esthetician is great. Not happy that my membership is going up in price next month. Also I day w/ the increase price of upgrades. Don think I’ll do any upgrades which might affect my experience. Will have to reevaluate membership
