Alex, my massage therapist was amazing. I get monthly massages and Alex is by far one of the best I’ve had. Will definitely be back and booking with him!

When my husband went to buy the gift cert. he was told over the phone that you only take cash. That's not a good way especially when he was trying to buy a surprise gift. I understand during Covid you'd like more cards but this should be reconsidered especially during the holidays with so many gifts being bought.

Being able to go onto the website and look at the different options for facials and massages as well as see a brief description of what each entailed was very helpful in my decision of the option I chose. What was confusing was the pricing options on the website were different than I paid after the service and I didn’t see a note on the website mentioning this.

I am highly satisfied with my experience at Hand and Stone, Bradford. The reception area is always clean and people are friendly. Kevin always does a great service to easing my tightness, mostly in the upper back area, and he is well tuned to knowing how to make his clients comfortable, as his personality is wonderful!

Getting my facial by Misty makes me feel special AND listened to. She is attentive, actionable with my concerns and creates goals for me to achieve with product knowledge. She's calming, patient and somehow warm and direct at the same time. Misty at H&S is a life-changing associate for you. I'm grateful. Thank you.

My service was performed to the highest standards, and was done very efficiently. COVID precautions were great and the pricing was wonderful. I did not need nay products but I did look over them and there were several that I would be interested in.
