Stevie did a fantastic job. The heated massage table was a great touch. Very calm and comfortable massage room. Music/ambience was perfect. Everything was easy, which is a big plus and increases relaxation before and after the massage. My only suggestion for improvement would be for some type of partition between the check-in desk and the waiting area. At spas like The Umstead, there is a separate room that guests can use before/after their treatment. I don't expect a separate room, but it would be nice to not hear other guests' check-in conversations. Overall a great experience and I'll be back on a monthly basis to see Stevie!
