The members benefits are not that great. I always get an upgrade on every appointment and always schedule my appointment ahead of time for 18 months. I have only gotten enough points to receive a free upgrade vauled at $15. I spend on every visit at least $50 in upgrades. I feel for every 5 80 minute massages I pay for I should get a free one. I also feel that way for the hot stones and/or enhancements. I come to see Jillian because she is awesome. I feel you should take better care of your clients you come every month and always tip your staff very well and always get upgrades. Also I am not happy that the 80 minute massage will be going to $40. I feel it shojld be at $25. More people would pay for the upgrade at a better rate and it would draw more clients in.

It was a very pleasant experience. I really enjoyed the massage and plan to visit very soon.

The Cary Bradford H&S is close to my home, so it is very convenient. The owner and front office staff are consistently friendly and professional. Kayla and Gillian provide outstanding service.
