Hand and Stone

Please note I didn't have a massage I had a facial. Answered the questions based on that experience

My experience at Hand and Stone is always enjoyable. The estecian, Joanna is especially incredible and always delivers the best services. The entire staff at this Hand and Stone location is very friendly.

The staff was very friendly and made me feel welcome. Kayla was informative on what she was performing. I ended up getting a membership after my mother's day gift card was used.

Everyone was helpful and pleasant. My PT was very knowledgeable and helped pick what was best for my problem areas. The only small part was during the massage, you could hear everyone talking in the reception area and hallway. But, I was able to block it out and relax.

Kayla D. is highly knowledgeable and didn't mind that I talked her ear off about my career in coaching. 😊 Very pleasant experience, just as effective for my shoulder pain as PT. Thanks!
