My massage therapist “Sam” is very much in demand but worth the wait. She’s excellent! She has a good physiology understanding.

Danielle and Brandy were super amazing. The receptionist who took my appointment over the phone was extremely kind, patient, and professional. I also liked how the receptionist(s) on Sunday were very nice and made we feel welcomed!

Joanna really takes the time to understand my needs. She never pushes something on me or makes me feel uncomfortable. I always leave my appointment feeling relaxed and refreshed.

I've only had a massage twice before. Both have been at this hand and stone location. I've been very happy with the comfort of the rooms and the therapists. Overall it has been a very relaxing experience.

I've never had a bad experience with the Hand and Stone, Bradford. The massages are always great and what prompted me to get a membership in the first place. I was thinking of terminating my membership but after seeing how great the esthetician was, I don't think that I will cancel anytime soon!

The massage therapist was really knowledgeable and has a good technique. I think the add ons are a little overpriced
