Always a relaxing experience. I still have not seen noticeable results, but still enjoy the experience. Liked that this past time they didn't push products.

My massage person was fantastic

My message therapist (Kevin) takes the time to listen to my unique needs for each visit, and couples that with the history of any past pains to provide an excellent and detail-oriented experience necessary for each visit. I am able to fully relax knowing I am in great hands (literally!) and even have fallen asleep during sessions!

Joanna is a lovely person and gives a wonderful facial. it is a very relaxing and enjoyable experience for me.

The staff is super friendly and attentive. There were some issues with the information I received by phone when calling to make the appointment; however, I appreciate the manager’s willingness to address the situation, and how she resolved it.

Steven is a wonderful massage therapist, I was having problems with my gluts that was causing a lot of back problems, and he helped me greatly. Was very professional and Kind.

I had a great experience at this Hand and Stone location. This is not the location that I usually go to but due to it being Valentines week my regular location was all booked up. I am glad that I was able to try the Preston Hand and Stone location. The staff was very knowledgable and friendly (including the receptionist during check in and especially Brad during checkout). My massage therapist was Jordan and she did an amazing job! She addressed my areas that needed extra attention and she gave me a fantastic massage. I will definitely be back to this location. I want to try the cupping that Brad told me about after my next marathon. All around this was a great experience for me and my husband for our Valentines celebration!
